Belgrade Business School
A charter bestowed on Professor Robert A. Marino

Pursuant to the decision of the Teaching Council of Belgrade Business School in Belgrade, on 7 September 2006, Belgrade Business School bestowed the title of Honorary Professor on Robert A. Marino, Ph.D., President of the American University of Rome, for his contribution to dissemination of scientific ideas and development of international cooperation in education.

The nomination of Prof. Dr. Robert A. Marino for Honorary Professor will contribute to the efforts of Belgrade Business School to conform to the integral system of education in Europe based on Bologna Declaration.

In December 2005, Belgrade Business School and the American University of Rome signed the Memorandum of Understanding.

The goal of this Memorandum is to promote intercultural exchange and exchange of knowledge and experiences within the international cooperation and the opportunity for Belgrade Business School’s students and teachers mobility in the integral system of education in Europe”, said BBS Director, Prof. Dr. Mila Jancetovic.

I accept the honour you bestowed on me today with gratitude, hoping that the project we started will be completed successfully. Today, we celebrate the establishment of the first bridge between our two institutions”, said Professor Marino.

Belgrade Business School and the American University of Rome have agreed to exchange experiences concerning the organization, implementation and guidance of teaching process; exchange curricula, syllabuses and reading materials; exchange the teaching staff in order to improve and enhance knowledge and skills within the program of studies, as well as to exchange the students.
